Officer elections for the next term: results

On 3 May we have elected the new Boad of Officers at Munich Toastmasters starting from 1st July, 2016. Here are the results:

  • President: Damian
  • VP Education: Marcel
  • VP Membership: JP
  • Secretary & Treasurer: Gloria (unchanged)
  • Sergent of Arms: Bernd
  • VP PR: Gudrun (unchanged)

We look forward to a good hand-over to all the new Officers before 1st July, 2016.

Reverse Meeting on 19 April 2016 – a Brief Review

Reverse Meeting Munich Toastmasters 19 April 2016Yes, we gave it a try and and held a reverse meeting yesterday, on 19 April 2016. The evening was led by the Toastmaster of the evening Dominik.

  • Have you ever evaluated the evening at the beginning of the evening?
  • Have you ever done an evaluation without having heard the speech?
  • Have you ever given a time report without having timed speeches beforehand?
  • Have you ever delivered the Grammarian report before the evening even officially started?

Division Conference in Ulm 23th April 2016

The motto is “Building Bridges”. Some of the Munich Toastmaster members will join the division conference in Ulm on the 23th April, 2016. Will you come as well?

You can listen to wonderful speeches (the best speakers in the Toastmaster Division) and network with other Toastmasters. By the way, our member Christopher Magyar will  deliver the keynote speech.
