Webinar “Find your way into easy-Speak”: Wednesday, December 11th, 8:00 PM

The web-based tool easy-Speak allows Toastmaster clubs to automate our meeting planning and to track and support members’ development. The officers and a lot of member already make intense use of easy-Speak’s features to ease up our club’s planning.

easy-Speak can be very valuable for you and our club by

  • reducing the time we need to spend on planning in the end of every club meeting
  • giving our VP Education a central overview of requested speeches and meeting roles
  • avoiding the need to send out hundreds of information emails in order to coordinate our meetings
  • managing your past and future speeches.

After all, easy-Speak offers a lot of helpful features. But to start with easy-Speak might happen not to be too easy. Therefor, I will give a short 10 – 15 minutes webinar “Find your way into easy-Speak”.

Content:

During the course of the webinar I will demonstrate how to

  • Edit your user data (e.g. change your password)
  • view and print the agenda of upcoming club meetings
  • confirm your attendance to club meetings
  • sign up for a meeting role
  • request a speech

Venue:

I will give the webinar by a Google “Hangout on Air”. As this is limited to 9 viewers, I will broadcast the webinar in my YouTube-channel (a technical remark: the live-stream will have a delay of 30 seconds on YouTube).

Prerequisites:

All you need is

  • a web browser,
  • proper internet connection, and of course
  • easy-Speak account (If you have not yet received your login, please contact our VP Education)

Discussions and comments:

Unfortunately, there will be no Q&A session after the webinar. This is due to the limitation of Google Hangouts of only allowing 9 concurrent participants.

Hence, after or during the talk, please add your comments to this post. I will then try to answer the directly, or immediately afterwards.

Ice Breaker Meeting at Munich Toastmaster on 5th of November!!!

Let’s break the ice together!

break-ice-networking-business

Join us at this special meeting, where new and “old” members give ice breaker speeches.

Experience how long-term members deliver personal speeches after many years of membership.

And we will also break the ice in a less metaphorical way by serving (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) cocktails with lots of crushed ice. They will be prepared by our semi-professional Russian bartender Vladimir Shakhov.

Don’t miss out on this fantastic event, but come along and bring a friend!”
